The Nevada Secretary of State Requires an Additional Fee to Expedite Any Filing
Expedited filing fees 24 hour ($125), 2 hour ($500), and 1 hour ($1000) are an extra fee paid directly to the Nevada Secretary of State. While we normally do not charge an extra courier fee for the above filings, but during busy periods, we reserve the right to be reimbursed at our cost for any courier fee that we may incur to expedite your filing.
